If you’re doing the HCG Diet and using the HCG Drops and finding it more difficult than you anticipated, you’re not the only one. Everyone who does the HCG Drops Diet hits a weight loss wall or bad day at some point. You’ve got to decide if you’re going to climb over that weight loss wall or give up.

The best and fastest HCG Drops weight loss comes from following the HCG Drops and Diet instructions exactly. But, what if you just have to eat a little extra!? Here are some tips to keep you on track with your weight loss goals.

1) If you’ve got to have a little extra, don’t eat sugars or starches. These two types of food put on the weight faster than anything because sugar turns on your body’s insulin. Insulin makes the sugar into fat. Sugar and/or starch is the big no during the HCG Drops diet and three weeks after the HCG Drops diet.

2) If you must have extra, try eating food that is on the HCG Drops diet.

3) If you do cheat pay attention to how it satisfies you. So, next time you want to cheat you can be prepared. Keep a food log while you’re on the HCG Drops Diet so that you can monitor your progress and see what you ate on those days you lost the most weight.

4) If you eat something that’s not on the diet you’ll be “loading” like you did on the first two days of the HCG Drops Diet. I have done this and I’m here to tell you it is NOT worth it. It takes about three or more days to start losing weight again. And that can be pretty frustrating to stop getting daily weight loss results! An option would be to save whatever you want to eat and plan a loading day for when you hit a plateau. You should only do this once within the HCG Drops Diet. And, really I’ve found it’s just not worth whatever I really wanted to eat that one time.

5) Add up the costs of the HCG Drops diet and how much it would cost you to go off the diet. There’s the shipping cost, syringes or Drops, bottled water, doctor’s clinic, etc. If you add up the cost and divide by 23 days (or 40 days) and multiply your total by three days, you’ll find out the financial cost of your cheating. It could help motivate you to follow through to the end of the HCG Drops diet plan.

6) That’s just the financial cost, but the cost you pay in pounds and psychologically for cheating on the HCG Drops diet is worse than the financial because it’s discouraging to all of a sudden not see any weight loss.

7) Ask yourself if you could substitute that chocolate with some watermelon or another fruit allowed on your specific HCG Drops Diet.

8) Something that worked for me if I was feeling hungry between diet meals is to roll a few bites of chicken or HCG Drops approved meat into a lettuce leaf. It makes a good diet snack! The next hcg meal I would just cut back that amount from that meal.
